Born in 1933.
Studied Art & Design at the West of England College of Art, Bristol and Design Research at The Royal College of Art.
After a period as a Military Cryptographer in the Suez Canal Zone, he joined the Conran Design Group as a designer. Throughout his career he has continued to run a design practice working on exhibition stands, shop fitting and furniture design. He taught Design at the London College of Furniture and later initiated and directed postgraduate studies in Design Research for Disability at the London Guildhall University and London Metropolitan University. Since retiring as a Principal Lecturer he now concentrates on a more free and experimental style of Art and Design.
