You need to have some idea of who you have been to know who you are as a person. Autobiographical narratives are a web of our personal experiences, emotions and sensory impressions, with little specific context. We construct a storyboard within a fragile framework of historical fact, and become storytellers through our own personal narrative.

Statement

 I am interested in the formal act of painting and drawing, rather than a specific narrative,  establishing a connection with the viewer through line, form and colour.
