Solo Residency - 3 months free studio and solo exhibition in London

We are currently accepting applications for the Solo Residency (Spring 2021). All applicants are automatically considered for our Radical Residency® programme.

Deadline for submissions is Saturday, 24 October 2020.

The gallery is offering one artist access for three months to one of its spectacular 350 square foot studio spaces, with both natural and professional lighting. Working above the gallery space, the successful applicant has the opportunity to network with artists, curators, collectors and the wider public whilst visiting ongoing exhibitions and events organised in the gallery. The residency programme also provides guidance from gallery directors as well as the Solo Residency Exhibition organised in the studio space upstairs. The applicants are also automatically considered for the Radical Residency® programme.

Past resident artists are Los Bravú, Sarah Dwyer, Shinuk Suh, Sanne Vaassen, ubada muti, Solveig Settemsdal, Bianca Barandun, Thomas Garnon, Emma Corrall, Thomas Langley, Morgan Wills, Harrison Pearce and José Carlos Naranjo. We have been excited and delighted to see our residents move on to solo shows, awards, and further residency programmes.

Applications for our residency programmes are possible through our Open Calls. Artists can apply to the Solo Residency programme with their portfolio (10 images of their work, bio, artist statement and cv). We are only accepting applications through our online system. We are not accepting direct applications via email. All Applicants are automatically considered for future Radical Residencies®.

Please sign up to our mailing list or follow us on Instagram to keep up to date with Open Calls and upcoming Deadlines.

Our residency programmes are open to artists of all ages, backgrounds and disciplines, that are not currently enrolled in a university course, including international artists living outside of the United Kingdom.
