Learning Curator - Adult Programmes
CriteriaShape our future audience in this key education role.
You’ll play a vital part in broadening access to the exhibitions, collections and research projects as you devise a programme of activities, events, and resources for a range of adult audiences. You’ll research and plan an innovative programme for adults while ensuring we engage with the creative and academic sectors. You’ll also work on interpretation across various platforms, including in-gallery resources, new media and on-line. It’s also an exciting opportunity to initiate new opportunities for the gallery: you will support the development of the artist residency projects and work with Development colleagues in St Ives and London on funding bids.
An experienced learning professional, able to take the lead in your area, you will bring experience of managing educational or cultural programmes in an education, art gallery, or museum setting, or non-gallery environment. Your expertise in an area of modern or contemporary British or international art and culture will be backed up by a degree in art, education, or equivalent. Skilled in designing research projects, you will bring knowledge of relevant undergraduate and postgraduate courses and research in arts and education fields.
