Learning Curator - Children, Young People and Schools
CriteriaThis is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned learning professional to lead the way in education for young people, families, schools, and teachers at Tate St Ives. Innovative and inclusive, with knowledge of online and new media tools, you will devise and deliver activities, events, and resources for these key developmental audiences while championing their needs within the general visitor experience. You’ll also work with artists through the residency programme and train staff supporting and delivering gallery tours to young people.
Passionate about widening participation in art, you will have a degree or equivalent in art, education, or equivalent together with a proven track record of managing educational programmes in an art gallery, museum, education, or non-gallery environment. You’ll add to this expertise in an area of British or international modern or contemporary art or culture. Aware of current issues in the children, young people, and families sector, you will bring a flair for managing people, budgets, and relationships.
