CriteriaThe Courtauld Institute of Art is the UK's leading institution for teaching and research into the History of Art and the conservation of paintings and is also home to one of the finest small art museums in the world.
They are seeking to appoint a professional to develop and manage The Courtauld's learning and public events programme with particular emphasis on projects for secondary schools and further education colleges. You will work in close collaboration with both internal and external partners to promote the understanding of art and art history through the Courtauld's collections, to offer volunteering opportunities for current students at the Institute and to support the Institute's widening participation strategy. Experience of working with secondary schools within the museum and gallery sector is essential, together with knowledge of access and social inclusion issues. You will also require excellent organisational, communication and IT skills.
