Fine Art Tutors
Criteria
A tutor is required to work predominantly with first year fine art students in the areas of video, sound, new media and installation. A strong understanding of contemporary fine art issues and an ability to engage students with the conceptual and technical aspects of their practice is essential. Experience of working with Final Cut Pro 10 and Logic Pro is desirable. For this role there are approximately 174 hours available across the academic year.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience of the teaching and learning requirements within a Higher Education environment together with an understanding and experience of relevant industry practices. The post involves preparation for and delivery of tutorials, workshops, lectures, critiques and seminars across the curriculum. Essential course components comprise studio practice, contextual studies, and business and professional skills.Deadline
