Criteria

Ceramists who have finished formal training and are working full-time or part-time as a maker in the UK. Grants are not available to students or those working in the field of fine arts. The David Canter Memorial Fund offers awards to give financial assistance to those working in the crafts. Funds are available for specific projects, for example; setting up a workshop, buying equipment, educational work or for research and travel. Awards usually range between £500 and £1,000.
