With London focusing on the Olympic Park, this week's Inside Track looks to the regions to see what rewards are on offer outside the capital. Despite the time of year there are still plenty of opportunities filling the directory, so please click here to see the full list online.

In the Midlands, Derby Museum and Art Gallery are looking for a freelance project manager to deliver an exhibition of new paintings by Bartholomew Beal inspired by the people, landscape and heritage of Derbyshire. In a permanent position at Wolverhampton Art Gallery, you can apply to be Exhibitions Curator for a salary just a whisker under £20k. And a few miles further down the M6, Coventry Art Space is looking for a volunteering specialist to help develop its volunteering programme.

North of the border, the excellent Centre for Contemporary Arts in Glasgow need a programme coordinator to work 4 days a week planning and delivering arts events. Having spent a few days in Glasgow recently, I can confirm what they say is true - they really do have something special to offer at CCA.

And finally, just over the water from Glasgow there's an opportunity to join Belfast Print Workshop as a technician.

If you have an opportunity you'd like to promote, please go to www.isendyouthis.com/opportunity.aspx and complete your details. You will receive an email to confirm you are genuine and we'll click to approve and publish.

Good luck with all your ventures, Craig / @isendyouthis
