Linda Bloomfield trained and worked as a scientist before becoming a potter. She learnt to throw in a potter’s studio as well as at various pottery classes in England, Japan and the USA. She has sold her range of porcelain tableware through Liberty and David Mellor. She has recently written a book on Advanced Pottery, published by Robert Hale and is working on her second book, Colour in Glazes for A&C Black.
