Introduction

The mainstream of my work is tonal drawings: observing the effects of light on surfaces and apertures; evoking spirit of place in interiors; discovering theatre in "found" still lives; seeking the abstract in the familiar.

Other work includes paper-engineering, where "abstract constructional elements and what they might lead to" provides a link with the drawings.
