1. Selling from your website
3. In both cases
- As soon as you make a sale from your site you will be notified by email
- The credit card payment will be already in our "client" account so it is safe to deliver
- The price that you quote is assumed to include delivery to a UK address unless you have added a “P&P” charge. Overseas delivery will be by agreement with the buyer.
- Once the work has been delivered then we will forward payment to you less the admin fee of 8%. (this is to cover credit card, banking and administrative costs)
- Like all online transactions the purchaser has 14 days within which they can return the work undamaged and obtain a refund
- You can take credit card payments from your studio as follows:-
- Go to your catalogue and select the work for sale
- Click “Sell”
- Follow the dialogue through until you get to payment method
- Choose “card”
- Follow through the payment process to the end
3. In both cases
- Your customer database and sales ledger will be updated with details of the purchase
- The status of your work will be set to “sold” - it will remain on your site until you remove it from the website section
