Your Catalogue of work
The catalogue is the core of your system - Record all information about your work past and present
Include all work whether for sale or not
- Include:-
- The date, title, media and dimensions of each work
- An image of the work
- Descriptions for buyers and private notes about the work
- Price, location and delivery costs
- If it is an edition .. the number of the print
- When sold ....the name and address of a buyer and the price paid. If it is an edition all sales can be recorded with the relevent customer details and edition number
- Use the catalogue as your sales record for claiming royalties on subsiquent sales of the work
- Select work from your catalogue to show on your website
